  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Travel Documents

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

4. Liability

  • Shivraj Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies). We are not liable for any accidents, delays, loss, damage, or other incidents that occur during travel.
  • We shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters, which may affect your travel plans.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
  • Shivraj Tours & Travels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

6. Conduct During Travel

  • Travelers are expected to follow local laws and customs during the trip. Any behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others, or damages property, may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

7. Amendments to Itinerary

  • While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or availability of services. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary without notice.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Some aspects of your trip may be provided by third-party suppliers. Shivraj Tours & Travels does not guarantee the services provided by these suppliers and is not liable for any issues that may arise from using their services.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings must be filed in the courts of Pune.
